Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age in compliance with state liquor laws

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • minimum of one year experience working in the food and beverage industry
  • enthusiasm, friendliness, and energetic team player
  • strong interpersonal communication skills
  • knowledge of or willingness to learn 5-star, 5-diamond standards
  • luxury hotel or fine dining experience preferred
  • ability to work well with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • reliable transportation
  • availability to work holidays and high-volume blackout dates

Job Duties

  • set up and breakdown tables and chairs
  • ensure tables are neatly and appropriately set per event specification
  • serve food and beverages
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, function space, guest tables, and storage spaces
  • respond to guests' needs and assist fellow staff members as needed
  • clear, clean and reset tables as needed
  • serve and clear courses from appropriate position in line with fine dining, 5-star standards
