Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age in compliance with state liquor laws
- ability to perform occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
- availability to work flexible schedules including holidays and blackout dates
- ability to articulate thoughts clearly and use proper English

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- minimum of one year experience working in the food and beverage industry
- enthusiasm, friendliness, and energetic team player
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- knowledge of or willingness to learn 5-star, 5-diamond standards
- luxury hotel or fine dining experience preferred
- ability to work well with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds
- reliable transportation
- availability to work holidays and high-volume blackout dates
Job Duties
- set up and breakdown tables and chairs
- ensure tables are neatly and appropriately set per event specification
- serve food and beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, function space, guest tables, and storage spaces
- respond to guests' needs and assist fellow staff members as needed
- clear, clean and reset tables as needed
- serve and clear courses from appropriate position in line with fine dining, 5-star standards
