Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age in compliance with state liquor laws
ability to perform occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
availability to work flexible schedules including holidays and blackout dates
ability to articulate thoughts clearly and use proper English
passion for hospitality and serving guests
strong sense of urgency
innovative thinker geared toward problem solving
commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
minimum of one year experience working in the food and beverage industry
enthusiasm, friendliness, and energetic team player
strong interpersonal communication skills
knowledge of or willingness to learn 5-star, 5-diamond standards
luxury hotel or fine dining experience preferred
ability to work well with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds
reliable transportation
availability to work holidays and high-volume blackout dates

Job Duties

set up and breakdown tables and chairs
ensure tables are neatly and appropriately set per event specification
serve food and beverages
maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, function space, guest tables, and storage spaces
respond to guests' needs and assist fellow staff members as needed
clear, clean and reset tables as needed
serve and clear courses from appropriate position in line with fine dining, 5-star standards
