Job Duties
- set up banquet room with linens, serviceware, and glassware as instructed by banquet captain
- attend roll call meetings prior to events to understand function specifics and guest expectations
- greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner
- serve food and beverages consistently according to banquet captain’s directions
- promptly bus dishes and clear banquet areas after meal courses and events
- replenish beverages as needed and check guest satisfaction
- adhere to teamwork and clean as you go policies
- reset banquet room after events ensuring preparation for subsequent functions and sanitation of areas
- attend mandatory monthly departmental meetings
- maintain regular attendance and conform to company standards
