Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be at least 19 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
Ability to stand and move for long periods
Ability to lift more than 10 pounds

Job Duties

Set up banquet events including tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks correctly and accurately
Professionally serve food and beverages butler-style, tableside, and from buffets
Monitor banquet areas to keep them clean, stocked, and visually appealing
Assist banquet team members to deliver exceptional events
Maintain a neat and professional appearance as an ambassador of the hotel
Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
Be knowledgeable about menu items, preparation methods, and answer guest questions
Perform cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned
