- must be able and willing to move furniture as well as serve guests
- must work well in a team environment
- tips certified preferable but not required
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- previous experience in banquet or hospitality service preferred but not required
- ability to follow directions and event protocols
- physical stamina to move furniture and stand for extended periods
- willingness to obtain TIPS certification if not already certified
Job Duties
- move furniture as needed before, during, and after events
- serve food and beverages to guests accurately and promptly
- assist in setting up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event operations
- respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
- adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
