Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
  • must be dependable
  • must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend for long periods (6-8 hours)
  • occasionally able to lift up to 30lbs
  • ability to use sight, reading, wrist movement to serve meals and beverages
  • able to work extended hours during golf and holiday season
  • able to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of food service experience
  • minimum education: high school (or equivalent) diploma
  • thorough understanding of fine and casual dining
  • must possess proper liquor commission serving card
  • possesses excellent customer service skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • must be able to work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Provide a memorable guest experience
  • Must be team oriented
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Provide prompt and efficient customer service
  • Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in a timely manner
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
  • Check back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction
