Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Physical stamina to stand and lift heavy objects
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
Prior experience in banquet or restaurant setting preferred but not required
Professional and courteous attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Duties

Set up banquet tables chairs linens china and silverware according to event plan and specifications
Greet guests as they arrive and direct them to their seats or tables
Take food and beverage orders and communicate them to kitchen or bar staff
Serve food and beverages to guests ensuring all courses are served in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor guest needs and ensure they are attended to promptly and courteously
Remove dishes glassware and silverware from tables and transport them to dishwashing area
Assist with cleaning and organizing banquet room after the event
