Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Physical stamina to stand and lift heavy objects
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up banquet tables chairs linens china and silverware according to event plan and specifications
  • Greet guests as they arrive and direct them to their seats or tables
  • Take food and beverage orders and communicate them to kitchen or bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages to guests ensuring all courses are served in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor guest needs and ensure they are attended to promptly and courteously
  • Remove dishes glassware and silverware from tables and transport them to dishwashing area
  • Assist with cleaning and organizing banquet room after the event
