Job Duties

Set up banquet function areas by arranging table linens, china, silverware, glassware, centerpieces, beverage stations, and preparing perishable items such as bread, butter, and cream for service
Serve food and beverages to banquet guests with prompt, professional service throughout the event
Clear tables and service items after the banquet, including dishes, linens, and any used equipment, ensuring thorough and efficient cleanup
Ensure proper storage of all items, from equipment to perishable foods, to maintain inventory integrity and prevent waste
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all areas are tidy and ready for service
Prepare for future banquets by folding napkins, refilling condiments, and performing other necessary tasks to ensure readiness for upcoming events
Provide relief to colleagues by covering breaks during shifts, ensuring smooth operations at all times
Proactively greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, enhancing their overall experience
Other duties as assigned by the leader
