Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage or event setup preferred
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Available to work evening shifts weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks

Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications including tables chairs linens china glassware and silverware
- Ensure audiovisual equipment and event-specific items are properly set up and functional
- Break down and clean banquet rooms after events including proper storage of equipment and resetting rooms for upcoming events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms service areas and storage areas throughout events
- Ensure all equipment is clean properly stored and in good working condition
- Assist with regular inventory checks and report damaged or missing items to Banquet Manager
- Provide courteous and professional service to all guests addressing needs or concerns promptly
