Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality role preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up banquet rooms according to event order specifications including tables chairs linens china glassware and silverware
  • Ensure audiovisual equipment and event-specific items are properly set up and functional
  • Break down and clean banquet rooms after events including equipment storage and room resetting
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms service and storage areas throughout events
  • Ensure equipment is clean properly stored and in good working condition
  • Assist with inventory checks and report damaged or missing items to Banquet Manager
  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests addressing needs and concerns promptly
