- Minimum 6 months banquet porter experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read floor plans
- Ability to interpret catering function orders
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (50lbs)
- Honolulu Liquor Card

Job Duties
- Must be familiar with all set-up requirements and able to comply with all requests as listed on the Catering orders and floor plans
- Cleans up and properly stores all Banquet equipment after each function
- Proper maintenance of all Banquet equipment
- May be asked to wear a pager
- Responsible for all Banquet equipment inventory
- Knows, understands and enforces objectives, policies, standards and procedures set forth by the Management
