Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1–3 years banquet, catering, or food and beverage service experience
  • Prior lead or captain experience preferred
  • Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
  • Must maintain valid alcohol-service certification
  • Food handler certification may be required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Availability for varying shifts with open availability preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1–3 years of banquet, catering, or food and beverage service experience
  • Prior lead or captain experience in banquet or event environment preferred
  • Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol
  • Maintain valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification
  • Food handler certification may be required

Job Duties

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and alcohol service policies
  • Assist with training and onboarding of banquet service staff
  • Frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Coordinate service execution during banquet and catered events
  • Direct Banquet Servers and Banquet Porters to deliver service according to Banquet Event Orders and timelines
  • Participate in event setup, service, and breakdown maintaining guest satisfaction
