Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- 1–3 years banquet, catering, or food and beverage service experience
- Prior lead or captain experience preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
- Must maintain valid alcohol-service certification
- Food handler certification may be required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Availability for varying shifts with open availability preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of banquet, catering, or food and beverage service experience
- Prior lead or captain experience in banquet or event environment preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol
- Maintain valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification
- Food handler certification may be required
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and alcohol service policies
- Assist with training and onboarding of banquet service staff
- Frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Coordinate service execution during banquet and catered events
- Direct Banquet Servers and Banquet Porters to deliver service according to Banquet Event Orders and timelines
- Participate in event setup, service, and breakdown maintaining guest satisfaction
