You will coordinate service execution and direct Banquet Servers and other Porters to ensure seamless service aligned with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), timelines, and Sodexo’s high standards. The role demands active participation in all phases of event delivery, including setup, service, and breakdown, always maintaining focus on guest satisfaction, precise communication, and attention to detail.
