Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- minimum of 1-3 years banquet, catering, or food and beverage service experience
- prior lead or captain experience in banquet or event environment preferred
- must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations
- must maintain valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification, and comply with state-specific alcohol training requirements
- food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and alcohol service policies
- assist with training and onboarding of banquet service staff as directed
- frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned that may vary based on business necessities and client requirements
