The Banquet Manager role at Four Seasons Hotel Austin is a pivotal position responsible for leading and inspiring the Banquet Team to deliver flawless dining and event experiences. This role demands someone passionate about guest service, skilled in team leadership, and proficient in coordinating complex banquet operations. The successful candidate will cultivate strong teamwork by selecting, training, and motivating staff, ensuring every banquet function exceeds guest expectations while maintaining the brand's high standards. This management position requires flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, which reflects the hotel’s round-the-clock operation.

Ideal candidates for this role bring a robust background in food and beverage services, with two to three years of experience, preferably within banquet or event settings. The knowledge of MICROS systems is advantageous, and holding TABC and Food Handlers certifications is mandatory. Job Requirements

  • valid us work authorization
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
