Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
- Ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of event laws and regulations
- Capability to maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Willingness to work full time in Chicago, Illinois

Job Duties
- Manage banquet operations including projecting supply needs such as tables and chairs
- Apply knowledge of laws related to event management
- Oversee event setup and ensure compliance with established standards and sanitation levels
- Schedule and coordinate Event Services staff to meet service standards and maximize profitability
- Assist in developing lasting client relationships to retain and grow business
- Lead and participate in banquet team shifts and department meetings
- Communicate and coordinate between Banquets, Event Planning, Event Technology teams, and clients throughout the event
