- Previous hotel food and beverage experience preferred

Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate banquet events to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences
- Assist with hiring and training banquet staff including scheduling and conducting monthly meetings
- Illustrate proper techniques and etiquette for all styles of service
- Supervise setup of functions including placement of linens, silver, china, and glassware according to event specifications
- Visually inspect function rooms and equipment for cleanliness, inventory, and setup
- Collaborate with culinary, sales, and operations departments to ensure successful events
- Lead and motivate banquet team to maintain high service standards
