Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- five or more years of banquet experience preferred
- excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- proven ability to cultivate community partnerships
- strong time management and organization skills
- previous management or leadership experience
- experience using MS Office products and Tripleseat software strongly preferred
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Vet all leads in CRM software and respond within one business day
- stay up to date with CRM tasks and maintain templates
- follow leads through contract signing
- assign tasks and leads through CRM software
- collaborate with General Manager, Chef, and marketing for event success
- establish relationships with community allies
- conduct community outreach
- execute high-level events to ensure customer retention
- identify marketing and investment opportunities
- partner with marketing on promotional materials
- plan in-store programming to drive revenue
- perform various operational responsibilities
- supervise banquet team and event staff
- ensure flawless event execution
