We are currently seeking a Banquet Manager to join our esteemed team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to showcase leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-end hotel environment. The Banquet Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of banquet events to ensure flawless execution and exceptional experiences for our guests. This includes overseeing the hiring and training of banquet staff, scheduling, conducting monthly meetings, and demonstrating proper techniques and service etiquette required for various banquet styles. The role demands attention to detail in supervising function setup, including placement of linens, silverware, china, and glassware according to event specifications. Additionally, the Banquet Manager performs visual inspections of function rooms and equipment to ensure cleanliness, proper inventory, and correct setup.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in banquet management or relevant supervisory roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Two years of banquet management experience preferred
  • Previous hotel food and beverage experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong business communication skills

Job Duties
