Job Description

Pomegranate Hospitality is a distinguished hospitality company founded in October 2017 by a team of passionate professionals dedicated to creating healthier and more sustainable ways to operate within the restaurant industry. The organization prides itself on fostering meaningful and lasting relationships while emphasizing dining excellence, community engagement, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Guided by core values such as reliability, respect, fairness, communication, positivity, education, passion, and empowerment, Pomegranate Hospitality cultivates environments where collaboration and growth thrive. Much like the pomegranate fruit, symbolizing the power of collective effort through its 613 seeds, the company believes success stems from the strength of its community, not any singular individual. This philosophy drives the company’s approach to creating safe and comfortable spaces for both guests and team members, ensuring every participant has a chance to prosper and excel.

The position of Banquet Manager at The Source Hotel represents a unique and dynamic role within this collaborative structure. This role requires an experienced and innovative leader capable of managing all banquet and catering operations efficiently, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, and fostering team development. The Banquet Manager acts as the primary liaison between Pomegranate Hospitality, Safta, and The Source Hotel ownership, ensuring seamless partnership and alignment of strategies and operational standards. By collaborating closely with hotel management and culinary teams, the individual will customize and coordinate large-scale events from initial planning through successful execution, emphasizing flawless delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

This role demands not only strong managerial skills but also exceptional interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities. The Banquet Manager oversees recruiting, training, and scheduling banquet staff while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including alcohol service standards. Financial oversight of event budgets, labor costs, and performance metrics is also a critical responsibility, providing opportunities to improve revenue and profitability. The position offers a competitive salary with performance incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a rare chance to lead within a true partnership model, enhancing the hospitality experience at The Source Hotel while contributing to Pomegranate Hospitality’s mission and values.
