Job Description
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a premier luxury hospitality company renowned globally for its exceptional service, exquisite accommodations, and unparalleled guest experiences. Founded in 1960, Four Seasons has grown from a single motel in Toronto into an internationally recognized brand with a presence in key cities around the world. The company prides itself on creating a culturally rich and inclusive environment, fostering genuine connections between team members and guests, and always striving for excellence in everything it does.
The Four Seasons brand represents more than just luxury hotels and resorts; it embodies a philosophy of hospitality deeply rooted in respect, empathy, and attention to detail. The company's guiding vision is to provide guests with authentic, personalized experiences that make their stay unforgettable. Four Seasons is powered by its people – a collective of skilled, passionate, and dedicated individuals who commit themselves to delivering memorable moments and meaningful interactions. The organization champions a strong corporate culture emphasizing mutual respect, personal growth, and continuous improvement.
At the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, located on the iconic Las Vegas Strip, guests discover a non-gaming, non-smoking oasis that offers a five-diamond experience coupled with the excitement of one of the world’s leading entertainment destinations. Adjacent to the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, this tranquil retreat redefines luxury hospitality in Las Vegas with its serene ambiance, exceptional amenities like the Forbes Five-Star Spa, and proximity to spectacular natural attractions such as the Grand Canyon and Red Rock National Conservation Area.
The Banqueting Operations Manager role at Four Seasons Las Vegas is a critical leadership position within the Food & Beverage department. This position is responsible for overseeing all facets of banquet operations, including planning, coordinating, and directing the setup and service of all functions and events within the hotel and resort. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and dynamic professional who can introduce fresh ideas, enhance catering offerings, and consistently elevate the guest service standards. This leader will also manage recruiting, training, supervising, and disciplining banquet staff to ensure seamless event execution and maintain the company’s renowned hospitality excellence.
This role requires an individual with strong leadership abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a deep knowledge of guest service and banquet/catering operations. The Banqueting Operations Manager collaborates closely with other Food & Beverage departments, providing operational support during peak periods to uphold smooth, high-quality service throughout the hotel. Candidates who have previous experience working in a unionized environment are preferred, adding valuable insights into managing labor relations and team collaboration.
Candidates for this role are expected to bring two to three years of relevant experience in banquet operations or catering management. While a college degree is preferred, extensive hands-on experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service are highly valued. Four Seasons is committed to fostering an equal opportunity, affirmative action work environment that embraces diversity, encourages veteran and minority participation, and supports individuals with disabilities.
Joining Four Seasons means becoming a vital part of a company dedicated to creating lasting impressions on guests and delivering unparalleled luxury experiences. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the legacy of a world-renowned brand while advancing your hospitality career in one of Las Vegas’s most exclusive venues.
