Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience as lead cook or supervisor
- Proven work experience as kitchen manager or lead cook
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Ability to manage a team in fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Must pass post-offer employment verifications and background checks

Job Duties
