Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years pastry experience
  • College degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
  • Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
  • Read, write, and speak and understand English
  • Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts
  • Assist in decorating and presenting pastry items attractively
  • Collaborate with pastry chefs to develop new recipes and menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory and order pastry supplies as needed
  • Work extended hours when business necessitates
