Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years pastry experience
- College degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
- Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
- Read, write, and speak and understand English
- Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts
- Assist in decorating and presenting pastry items attractively
- Collaborate with pastry chefs to develop new recipes and menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory and order pastry supplies as needed
- Work extended hours when business necessitates
