Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy items and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods of times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banquet setup or hospitality preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms, conference rooms, and event spaces according to event orders and floor plans
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, tableware, and decor as specified by the event necessities
- Ensure all event spaces are clean, organized, and safe prior to guest arrival
- Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Work closely with Banquet Servers, Event Coordinators, and other team members to ensure seamless event execution
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the banquet and events team
