Job Duties
- Set up and arrange banquet rooms according to event specifications
- maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
- assist banquet servers with clearing and resetting tables
- transport and store banquet equipment and supplies as needed
- respond promptly to requests from the banquet team and event managers
- ensure all banquet areas comply with safety and health standards
- help with inventory control and restocking of banquet supplies
