The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is currently seeking a dedicated Banquet Houseperson to join their Event Services team in Natick, MA. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of banquet events held at the hotel. The Banquet Houseperson plays a vital supporting role by maintaining cleanliness and order throughout banquet areas, setting up and breaking down event spaces according to detailed specifications, and providing timely assistance to banquet staff and guests. This position requires a hardworking and reliable individual who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute positively to guest experience.

As a Banquet Houseperson, you will be responsible for preparing banquet rooms before events according to specific layouts, maintaining organization during the event, and assisting the banquet servers by clearing and resetting tables. You will also be tasked with transporting and storing banquet equipment and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Responding promptly to requests from banquet team members and event managers is critical for this role, as is ensuring all banquet areas consistently meet safety and health standards. Additionally, you will help with inventory control and restocking of banquet supplies to support ongoing banquet activities.
