We are currently seeking a dedicated Banquet Houseperson - Event Services to join our team in Natick, MA. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our banquet events, requiring a detail-oriented and motivated individual who can maintain cleanliness, set up and break down event spaces efficiently, and support the banquet staff and guests with professionalism and care. As a Banquet Houseperson, you will play a crucial role in preparing and maintaining banquet rooms according to event specifications, assisting banquet servers with clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring that all banquet operations run seamlessly. The position entails physical work, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods, making physical stamina and teamwork important aspects of the job. Additionally, flexibility in working hours is necessary, as banquet events often take place during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Duties
- Set up and arrange banquet rooms according to event specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
- Assist banquet servers with clearing and resetting tables
- Transport and store banquet equipment and supplies as needed
- Respond promptly to requests from the banquet team and event managers
- Ensure all banquet areas comply with safety and health standards
- Help with inventory control and restocking of banquet supplies
