This role goes beyond traditional event serving by focusing on crafting a distinguished experience that guests will remember. The Guest Event Expert takes responsibility for various event functions, including setup, breakdown, supply transportation, order taking, and guest interaction. Each interaction and transaction are designed to enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring seamless service from start to finish.

This position demands physical activity such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently. Maintaining a safe workplace is paramount, as is adhering to company policies and quality standards. The role also requires maintaining a professional personal appearance, uniform, and effective communication skills.
