Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in banquet or high-volume kitchen environments preferred
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • team player with a positive attitude
  • culinary school training or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Execute banquet menu items according to established recipes, standards, and production schedules
  • assist with preparation and service for large-scale events including weddings, club events, and tournaments
  • work closely with the banquet chef and culinary leadership to ensure timely and consistent food execution
  • maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • support kitchen operations including prep work, station setup, and breakdown after events
  • assist with proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food products
  • work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless banquet service
