Job Duties
- Execute banquet menu items according to established recipes, standards, and production schedules
- assist with preparation and service for large-scale events including weddings, club events, and tournaments
- work closely with the banquet chef and culinary leadership to ensure timely and consistent food execution
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- support kitchen operations including prep work, station setup, and breakdown after events
- assist with proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food products
- work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless banquet service
