Job Requirements

Availability to work at least three days per week
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Must be punctual and reliable
Good physical health
Previous experience preferred but not required
Must have good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
Experience in banquet service is an advantage
Ability to provide warm and attentive hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Strong physical stamina for prolonged standing and manual tasks
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Prepare banquet rooms for events
serve food and beverages to members and guests at banquets and club functions
deliver exceptional service and warm hospitality in line with Southern Hills standards
stand or walk constantly during shifts
crouch frequently and reach or grasp objects as required
lift and carry supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
work variable hours based on party bookings and availability
