The Banquet / Events Manager role at Springfield University Plaza is a full-time position with a compensation range between $51,634 and $67,000 annually, reflective of experience, skills, qualifications, and the local market. This role is pivotal to ensuring the success and flawless execution of events held at the venue. The successful candidate will lead and inspire the banquet operations team with a strong emphasis on coaching, training, and maintaining high energy throughout all shifts, even during the most demanding times. They will oversee day-to-day performance management and operational excellence, always keeping a people-first approach at the forefront.

Collaboration is also a critical component of the position, working closely with sales, culinary, and other events personnel to ensure that every event is seamless and memorable for the guests.
