Job Requirements

- Arizona Food Handler Card

Job Qualifications
- At least one year of cooking experience in a professional fast-paced kitchen, prior hotel or resort experience preferred, upscale dining experience preferred, graduate of an apprenticeship or accredited culinary school preferred, Arizona Food Handler Card required, ServSafe Food Handler Certification preferred, passionate about delivering amazing experiences, sense of urgency, driven to grow culinary talents
Job Duties
- Prepare all food items according to standard recipes, check and control proper storage of products, keep all refrigeration and storage areas clean and comply with health regulations, ensure all equipment is clean and in working order, visually inspect and select the freshest food products, prepare requisitions for supplies, transport heavy food products as needed
