Job Requirements
- High school education
- Schooling in culinary arts or related major
- One or more years of related experience
- Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service
- Ability to comply with food preparation, cooking, handling, and storage requirements
- Ability to comply with kitchen sanitation, safety, and equipment usage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Eligibility to work legally within the jurisdiction
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare quality food efficiently and cost-effectively for banquet events
- Comply with food safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations
- Report emergencies, accidents, injuries, and safety hazards to management promptly
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and hotel service basics such as uniforms and guest greeting
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and services to assist guests appropriately
- Communicate consistently respecting privacy policies in handling company and guest information
- Maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor while providing timely service to guests
