Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in banquet catering or hospitality management
- Proven experience managing events in a high-volume or upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service banquet operations and event coordination
- Experience with scheduling staffing and team leadership
- Knowledge of food safety sanitation and alcohol service regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management or POS systems
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee all banquet and event operations ensuring seamless execution from setup to breakdown
- Coordinate with clients event planners and internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences
- Manage banquet staff including scheduling training and performance oversight
- Ensure all events meet quality presentation and service standards
- Supervise room setup decor and food and beverage service to align with event specifications
- Monitor inventory equipment and supply levels for banquet operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety sanitation and alcohol service regulations
- Address guest needs and resolve any issues promptly during events
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to execute menus and service timelines
- Track labor and operational costs to meet financial goals
