Job Requirements

  • 5 plus years of professional culinary experience banquet or high-volume experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced event-driven environment with changing priorities
  • Passion for seasonal high-quality ingredients and creative menu execution
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Availability to work evenings weekends holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead all culinary execution for events including weddings private parties and winery experiences
  • Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items including proteins seafood vegetables pizzas and composed dishes
  • Oversee food preparation portioning plating and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop seasonal and event-specific menus
  • Create and manage weekly kitchen schedules in alignment with event needs
  • Lead coach and support kitchen staff
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures for all kitchen operations
  • Maintain a clean organized and efficient kitchen environment
  • Uphold all food safety sanitation and workplace safety standards
