- 5 plus years of professional culinary experience banquet or high-volume experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced event-driven environment with changing priorities
- Passion for seasonal high-quality ingredients and creative menu execution
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Availability to work evenings weekends holidays

Job Duties
- Lead all culinary execution for events including weddings private parties and winery experiences
- Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items including proteins seafood vegetables pizzas and composed dishes
- Oversee food preparation portioning plating and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop seasonal and event-specific menus
- Create and manage weekly kitchen schedules in alignment with event needs
- Lead coach and support kitchen staff
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures for all kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean organized and efficient kitchen environment
- Uphold all food safety sanitation and workplace safety standards
