Job Requirements

  • minimum high school education
  • minimum 2 years banquet event experience
  • availability to work rotating schedule including holidays and weekends
  • ability to work overtime and six-day work weeks
  • proactive and self-motivated
  • strong interest in culinary career growth
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • physical capability to handle kitchen environment
  • willingness to undergo interview process including food tasting, drug screening, background check, and reference verifications

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school education
  • post-high school education preferred
  • minimum 3 years culinary experience in fine dining, banquet events, hotels, or resorts
  • strong organizational skills

  • ability to multitask and work independently

  • willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
  • ability to work all holidays
  • ability to work six-day work weeks when needed

Job Duties

  • work directly with executive chef and sous chef to prepare daily events
  • execute banquet food preparation and service
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in kitchen
  • participate in food tasting demonstrations and quality control
  • manage time effectively to meet event deadlines
  • work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and potential overtime
  • deliver exceptional guest experiences through culinary excellence
