Job Requirements
- Available to work a flexible AM or PM shift Monday through Sunday including holidays
- Ability to frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds
- Regularly stand, talk, or hear
- Frequently walk and use hands to handle or feel

- Safely navigate multiple flights of stairs

Job Qualifications
- Effectively communicate and interact in English with people from diverse backgrounds
- Read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence
- Write simple correspondence
- Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- Add and subtract two digit numbers
- Multiply and divide with tens and hundreds
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
- Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- A high school diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience
- At least one year of previous server experience
Job Duties
- Review banquet event orders at the beginning of each shift to ensure room is set as contracted
- Confirm and setup audio-visual equipment needs for events
- Prepare rooms by adjusting lights, sound volumes, and temperature before guests arrive
- Assist in ensuring events start on time and communicate adjustments
- Pass critical information to the next team member on duty
- Maintain proper use, storage, and maintenance of all audio-visual and meeting room equipment
- Ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness in all banquet areas
