Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year of experience in banquet or food and beverage service
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Job Duties

- ensure seamless service by supervising food and beverage service and monitoring guest satisfaction during banquet events, promptly addressing any issues with product or service quality
- support event execution by assisting with the planning, organizing, and execution of various banquet functions including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas
- collaborate for success by leading or participating in department meetings to ensure the team is aligned and well-prepared for banquet operations
- handle banquet billing by accurately processing banquet checks and ensuring seamless payment transactions
- uphold regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
