Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • No minimum educational requirement
  • Previous experience in a similar or related position required
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Sufficient education or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
  • Warm and professional demeanor reflecting company culture

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a related banquet or hospitality position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in event coordination or management preferred
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Lead the team in executing seamless events from setup to breakdown
  • Supervise banquet staff and coordinate event logistics
  • Liaise with clients during functions to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage event timelines and troubleshoot issues in real-time
  • Report to the Banquet Manager
  • Ensure all event details meet client expectations
  • Maintain a professional and warm demeanor reflective of the company culture
