Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in banquet or event management
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- valid food handler certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in banquet or event management
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- knowledge of food and beverage operations
- excellent customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- oversee banquet staff during events
- coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and quality service
- manage event setup and breakdown
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- address guest needs and resolve issues promptly
- train and mentor banquet team members
- maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
