- minimum of 1 year of bartending experience
- experience in cash handling and credit card processing required
- previous experience using a computerized point of sale system is required

Job Duties
- Set up a portable bar with all the appropriate items
- organize wine and champagne service for meal functions
- maintain bar supplies and glassware
- know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available
- measure all drinks using a shot glass and encourage sales to guests
- ensure all bar billing is accurate and money drops are done at the end of the shift
