Banquet Bartender/Server

The Blackwell Banquets Servers and Bartenders assist with set-up, teardown, and successful execution of all events, meetings, and special events at The Blackwell and Pfahl Conference Center. They provide exceptional and anticipatory customer service to hotel clients during their events, maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices, and respond quickly and appropriately to any guest requests/concerns in a fast-paced environment. TIPS and cash handling training are provided and required. The hotel operates 7 days a week, Sunday through Saturday, 365 days a year, with shifts scheduled based on business levels. Employees must be at least 21 years of age. This position covers both servers and bartenders, offering an hourly rate of $15.00/hour with intermittent 0.2 varying shifts.
