Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years bartending experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to comply with gaming regulatory requirements including background checks and drug screening

Job Duties
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
- Prepare all beverages in accordance with standard specifications using a shot glass for all bottle-poured drinks
- Ensure that all guests are promptly and courteously served
- Maintain and verify cash bank at the beginning of assigned shift and maintain control of the cash bank throughout the shift
- Properly record all transactions as directed by the Banquet Manager
- Stock and re-stock the bar in accordance with bar par and hotel standards ensuring an adequate supply of fresh fruit garnishes, napkins, juices, ice, etc.
- Ensure cleanliness of the bar throughout the shift including wiping down bottles and the bar, removing dirty glassware and dishes
- Ensure that alcoholic beverages are not served to guests under the legal drinking age, asking for ID if needed, and notifying Manager on duty if necessary
- Observe guests for signs of intoxication or unruly behavior and notify Manager on duty promptly, refusing service to intoxicated guests
- Pick up bar set-ups such as shot glasses, pitchers, glasses, ice buckets, garnishes, napkins from store room or kitchen
- Return extra liquor to Food and Beverage office and assist Banquet Manager in recording usage
- Count cash, place in deposit envelope, and return to manager on duty when appropriate
- Break down bar at end of function including returning clean glasses to kitchen and cleaning bar area
- Wear appropriate uniform and maintain personal cleanliness
- Perform other duties as assigned
