Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Possession of required certifications and licenses according to local regulations
- Ability to comply with and enforce alcohol consumption laws and company policies
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods
- Willingness to work in potentially warm and noisy conditions
- Availability to assist with setup and cleanup during banquet events
Job Qualifications
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
- Ability to enforce company policies and regulations regarding alcohol consumption
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Inspect the bar prior to event to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Ensure fruit and other garnishes are prepared
- Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered
- Report complaints to a manager promptly
- Maintain and clean bar area and equipment
- Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of banquet functions
