Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of bartending experience
Legal age to serve alcohol
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to bend, stoop and reach
Previous experience in a banquet or event setting preferred

Job Qualifications

At least two years of bartending experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Friendly, professional and guest-focused demeanor
Ability to coordinate seamlessly with other servers, kitchen and event staff
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

Welcome patrons warmly, assess their preferences and provide drink recommendations
Engage in friendly conversations to enhance the guest experience
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes
Innovate by creating new cocktail recipes and presentations
Verify customer age to ensure legal drinking age compliance
Monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-serving and ensure guest safety
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
Balance the cash register and reconcile sales at the end of shifts
Keep the bar area, tools and equipment clean and organized
Alert management to any product shortages or equipment issues that need to be addressed
