Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of bartending experience
  • Legal age to serve alcohol
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, stoop and reach
  • Previous experience in a banquet or event setting preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome patrons warmly, assess their preferences and provide drink recommendations
  • Engage in friendly conversations to enhance the guest experience
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes
  • Innovate by creating new cocktail recipes and presentations
  • Verify customer age to ensure legal drinking age compliance
  • Monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-serving and ensure guest safety
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
  • Balance the cash register and reconcile sales at the end of shifts
  • Keep the bar area, tools and equipment clean and organized
  • Alert management to any product shortages or equipment issues that need to be addressed
