The Banquet Bartender On Call is a vital role within the Banquet team at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious and award-winning hospitality team, affiliated with one of the world’s leading luxury hotel companies. As a Banquet Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding beverage service to our guests, ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional attention with a friendly demeanor that reflects the Four Seasons standard.
This role demands a thorough understanding of beverage products, including beer, wine, and liquor, and strict adherence to all state and local alcohol laws. The Banquet Bartender is responsible for upholding Four Seasons' exceptional standards of service, ensuring every detail is meticulously attended to so that guests receive the highest quality of service throughout their event or banquet experience. Successful candidates will have excellent personal presentation, strong interpersonal skills, and a confident, outgoing personality, paired with a proactive approach to handling all requests.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of bartending or beverage service experience
- knowledge of state and local alcohol laws
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
