Employees consistently recognize HVMG as an outstanding management company that truly values its workforce and demonstrates genuine commitment to their professional development and well-being.

The Banquet Bartender role at HVMG offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and food and beverage operations. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be instrumental in crafting and serving a variety of beverages during special events and functions, ensuring that guests receive attentive and high-quality service throughout the event. You'll maintain an organized and clean bar station while working efficiently to meet the demands of varied crowds and event schedules. Reporting directly to the Banquet Manager, you will contribute to creating memorable guest experiences and support the smooth execution of banquet services.

This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and aspire to grow within the food and beverage sector. The role provides an excellent foundation for advancing into roles such as Bar Manager, Sommelier, or Food and Beverage Manager. HVMG welcomes candidates with varied educational backgrounds and considers hospitality experience alongside education. Having specialized certifications such as bartender training is an advantage. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and the physical ability to perform tasks including standing, bending, and lifting.

HVMG supports its associates with a comprehensive suite of benefits including full healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision), paid time off and holidays, a 401(k) retirement plan with a guaranteed employer match, as well as early wage access through PayActive. Employees also enjoy exclusive hotel and food and beverage discounts, further enhancing the overall employment package. The company's inclusive policies emphasize equal opportunity employment with no discrimination on any legally protected basis.

Joining HVMG as a Banquet Bartender means becoming part of a respected hospitality management team that values dedication, professionalism, and career ambition. If you are eager to engage guests with quality service, develop your beverage crafting skills, and position yourself for future leadership roles in hospitality, this role offers the perfect starting point.
