Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- No minimum educational requirement
- Previous hospitality or bartending experience preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read product labels and communicate effectively with guests
- Professional demeanor aligned with company culture
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a related hospitality role
- Completion of bartender training or similar certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
- Customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Craft and serve beverages during special events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Assist in managing bar inventory and supplies
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with Banquet Manager and team members to ensure smooth event execution
- Upsell specialty drinks and promote menu offerings
