Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No minimum educational requirement
- Previous experience in similar role or related hospitality experience
- Willingness to maintain a professional and warm demeanor
- Completion of bartender training is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or related hospitality roles
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Knowledge of beverage mixing and service techniques
- Certification in bartender training preferred
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic literacy to read product labels and follow instructions
Job Duties
- Mix and serve a variety of beverages during special events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Collaborate with the Banquet Manager and event staff to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards
- Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests
- Assist with inventory control and restocking supplies
