Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- High school diploma or its equivalency required
- Two years previous beverage experience required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of operating a cash register
- Ability to operate juice guns cutting boards soda guns ice machines shot glasses mixers pourers knives coffee machines non-alcoholic frozen drink machines ice tea machines and other necessary equipment
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public
- Must be able to stand walk and move through all areas of the casino
- Must maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure
- Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide prompt friendly and courteous service of food and beverage to all guests
- Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients
- Mix drinks and collect payment from guests
- Count bank at beginning and end of shift, complete necessary paperwork
- Clean bar area including wiping down surfaces and picking up trash
- Restock supplies during slow periods including beer, liquors, and wines
- Assist in other projects as directed
