The Banquet Bartender role at Seneca Gaming Corporation is an essential position within the food and beverage department. Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
High school diploma or its equivalency required
Two years previous beverage experience required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of operating a cash register
Ability to operate juice guns cutting boards soda guns ice machines shot glasses mixers pourers knives coffee machines non-alcoholic frozen drink machines ice tea machines and other necessary equipment
Must possess excellent communication skills
Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public
Must be able to stand walk and move through all areas of the casino
Must maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure
Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Provide prompt friendly and courteous service of food and beverage to all guests
Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients
Mix drinks and collect payment from guests
Count bank at beginning and end of shift, complete necessary paperwork
Clean bar area including wiping down surfaces and picking up trash
Restock supplies during slow periods including beer, liquors, and wines
Assist in other projects as directed
