Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- No formal education minimum required
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Sufficient literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- A warm and professional demeanor reflecting company culture
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or related hospitality positions
- Completion of bartender training or relevant certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced event environments
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation
- Demonstrated professionalism and customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements
Job Duties
- Mix and serve beverages during special events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Report to the Banquet Manager
- Assist in creating memorable guest experiences at banquets
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
