Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years bartending experience preferably in banquet settings
- valid bartender certification or license
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service skills
- flexible schedule to meet business needs
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of bartending experience
- experience in banquet service
- worked in 4-star or 5-star venues
- knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
- excellent communication skills
- current certification or license to bartend
Job Duties
- Direct the setup and preparation of banquet rooms for functions
- serve as bartender during banquet events
- mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes
- prepare beverages for other servers
- act as cashier for banquet beverage bar including cash handling
- maintain stock levels and requisition supplies
- clear and tear down banquet rooms after functions
