This job opportunity is for a Bartender position at JW Marriott. The role is crucial in maintaining the high standard of guest service by expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages according to specified recipes. The Bartender will be responsible for operating bar stations efficiently, ensuring cleanliness, and managing all aspects of beverage service including the opening and serving of wine and champagne bottles. The position requires attention to detail in beverage preparation, inventory management including stocking supplies and garnishes, and maintaining proper storage and security of alcoholic products. The Bartender will also handle financial transactions by processing all payment methods, completing cashier reports, and securing cash banks at the end of shifts. Additionally, the role includes housekeeping tasks related to bar maintenance and adherence to safety and security standards.

The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism by maintaining a clean and polished appearance, upholding confidentiality, and protecting company assets. They are expected to greet and engage guests warmly, anticipate service needs, and contribute positively to the team environment by supporting co-workers and communicating effectively. Physical demands include the ability to stand or move throughout the shift, lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, and navigate various working environments safely.
