The Banquet Bartender role at Atlas Restaurant Group is an essential position responsible for delivering superior guest service in a banquet or event setting. This role involves greeting guests warmly, understanding their preferences, and assisting them with menu selections and beverage recommendations to ensure an outstanding dining experience. Banquet Bartenders prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixing cocktails including classics and specialty drinks with precision. They uphold strict adherence to legal requirements such as checking guests' identification to verify the legal drinking age.

In addition to beverage preparation, this position requires bartenders to maintain bar stations by restocking supplies and performing routine cleaning duties to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards. Handling transactions accurately is critical, including cash, credit, and debit card payments, ensuring the cash register balances at the end of shifts. This role offers flexible employment options and competitive compensation ranging from $5.00 to $5.50 per hour plus tips.
