They place strong value on community involvement and maintaining high standards across all properties, making them a sought-after employer in the Baltimore area and beyond.

The Banquet Bartender role at Atlas Restaurant Group is an essential position responsible for delivering superior guest service in a banquet or event setting. This role involves greeting guests warmly, understanding their preferences, and assisting them with menu selections and beverage recommendations to ensure an outstanding dining experience. Banquet Bartenders prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixing cocktails including classics and specialty drinks with precision. They uphold strict adherence to legal requirements such as checking guests' identification to verify the legal drinking age.

In addition to beverage preparation, this position requires bartenders to maintain bar stations by restocking supplies and performing routine cleaning duties to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards. Handling transactions accurately is critical, including cash, credit, and debit card payments, ensuring the cash register balances at the end of shifts. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining an engaging and polite demeanor that contributes to a memorable guest experience.

Applicants should be prepared to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and must comply with local regulations which may require a food handler's certification. The physical demands of the role include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing various movements such as stooping, kneeling, and climbing stairs. Emotional intelligence, teamwork, accountability, and the ability to give and receive feedback are key interpersonal traits expected from candidates.

This role offers flexible employment options and competitive compensation ranging from $5.00 to $5.50 per hour plus tips. Full-time employees working 30 or more hours weekly are eligible for comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k contributions, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, learning and development programs, mobility and advancement opportunities, pet insurance, and a 25% discount at all Atlas properties. Part-time employees also have access to select benefits such as 401k contributions, life and AD&D insurance, learning programs, advancement opportunities, and discounts.
